How to transfer your AEServer domain to tasjeel.ae

This guide explains how to transfer a domain name from AEServer to tasjeel.ae. The process differs for .ae and .emarat domains and for generic extensions such as .com, .net and .info.

Transfer a .ae or .emarat domain from AEServer

1. Go to password.ae.
2. Enter the domain name and complete the on-screen verification.
3. The Auth Code or EPP Code will be sent to the email address registered to the domain.
4. Go to the tasjeel.ae domain transfer page.
5. Enter the domain name and its Auth Code.
6. Add the transfer to your basket and complete the checkout process.

.ae domain transfers to tasjeel.ae are free and keep the domain’s existing expiry date. They often complete in around 48 hours after approval, although the official transfer process may take up to three working days.

Transfer a .com, .net, .info or other generic domain from AEServer

1. Log in to the AEServer client area.
2. Select Domains in the main navigation.
3. Open the domain you want to transfer.
4. Find the domain management option for obtaining the EPP Code or Auth Code.
5. Make sure the domain is unlocked and that its contact email address is correct.
6. Go to the tasjeel.ae domain transfer page.
7. Enter the domain name and EPP Code.
8. Add the transfer to your basket and complete checkout.
9. Approve any transfer confirmation emails sent to the domain’s registered contacts.

Generic domain transfers commonly take five to seven days. Most paid generic transfers include a one-year extension to the domain’s expiry date.
