I’m unable to access my Tasjeel client area

If you cannot access the Tasjeel Client Area, first check whether you have forgotten the account password or the email address used for the account.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Select the Forgot your Password? link at the bottom of the login form.
  2. Check your email for the password-reset message.
  3. Open the link in the email and set a new password.
  4. Return to the Client Area and log in with the new password.

Find the email address used for the account

  • Check invoices and other messages previously sent by Tasjeel. These are normally sent to the account holder’s email address.
  • Use the password-reset form to test email addresses that may have been used for the account.
  • Complete these checks before contacting support, as the support team cannot confirm account details until you pass the required security checks.

If you need to contact support, you may be asked to provide a copy of your passport or photo-card driving licence to verify the account.
