This guide explains how to transfer the ownership of a domain name from one tasjeel.ae customer account to another.
Before requesting the domain ownership transfer
The request must be sent from the email address registered to the domain. You can check the current registrant details using the aeDA WHOIS service.
The request should clearly identify the current registrant, the proposed new registrant and the reason for the transfer. Confirmation may be required from both parties.
How to submit the ownership transfer request
- Check the domain’s current registrant details using the aeDA WHOIS service.
- Copy the declaration template below.
- Replace all bracketed sections with the correct information.
- Send the completed declaration from the domain’s registered email address to [email protected].
