It is possible to access your email accounts without having to configure an email program on your PC, tablet or phone. Webmail provides a quick and secure way to check your email using a web browser.
Ways to log in to Webmail
- Using your domain name: If you purchased both your domain and hosting from Tasjeel, visit https://yourdomain/webmail. For example, if your domain is example.ae, use https://example.ae/webmail.
- Using the server hostname: If your domain name does not resolve to the Tasjeel server IP address, use https://serverhostname/webmail. Your server hostname is included in the welcome email you received when you joined Tasjeel.
When the domain-based Webmail address does not work
If your nameservers are not set to Tasjeel or the domain does not otherwise point to the server, you will not be able to access Webmail using your domain name. Use the server-hostname address instead.
