How the move works
- Order your plan
Hosting or an email plan, with enough mailboxes for everyone. See what each plan includes on our website.
- Chat with us or open a ticket
List the email addresses you want to move and tell us who your email is with now. We’ll tell you exactly what we need from you.
- We create your mailboxes and copy your email
We set up the same addresses with us and copy your old messages and folders across. Your old email keeps working while we do it.
- Switch your email to us
When we’re done, we send you the DNS records to add, or add them for you. From then on, new email arrives with us.
- Set up your phones and computers
Add your mailboxes with our settings. See Email settings: server names and ports.
- Change your old passwords
If you shared any passwords with us for the move, change them once it’s done.
