- Chat with us or open a ticket
Tell us what to move (website, databases, email), and where it’s hosted now.
- Give us access to your old host
Usually your old cPanel login, or a full backup file. We’ll tell you exactly what we need.
- We copy and test it
We move your site and send you a preview link so you can check it before anything changes.
- Point your domain to us
When you’re happy, switch your domain’s nameservers to your hosting. We can guide you through it.
- Change your old host’s password
Once the move is done, change the password you shared with us.
Your website stays live during the move.
Nothing changes for visitors until you point your domain to us.
