Your hosting expired and your website has stopped? You can usually get it back. How depends on how long ago it expired.
How it works
Hosting has no grace period. If the renewal isn’t paid, your hosting is suspended shortly after its due date, and your website and email stop. The days below count from the payment due date on your invoice.
| Time since the payment due date | What happens |
|---|---|
| Up to 30 days | Pay your renewal invoice and your hosting comes back by itself. No extra fee. |
| 31 to 90 days | Contact us. We can usually restore it for a restore fee of AED 50 + VAT, plus the renewal. It’s not guaranteed, so don’t wait. |
| After 90 days | Your website files, databases and email are deleted and can’t be restored. |
