Webmail lets you read and send your Tasjeel.ae email in any web browser, from anywhere, without setting anything up.
Open webmail
- Go to the webmail address
In your browser, type
yourdomain.ae/webmail, replacingyourdomain.aewith your own domain.webmail.yourdomain.aeandyourdomain.ae:2096open the same page.
The webmail login page - Log in with your mailbox details
Type your full email address (for example
[email protected]) and that mailbox’s password, then click Log in. These aren’t your client-area or cPanel details. - Read your email
Your inbox opens. Everything you do here, like reading, sending or deleting, also shows on your phone and computer.
Or open it from cPanel
Log in to cPanel, go to Email › Email Accounts and click Check Email next to the mailbox. Webmail opens without a password.
Use your server’s name instead, such as finyaan.tasjeel.ae:2096. Your server name is in your hosting welcome email.
Common questions
It says my password is wrong.
Check you typed the whole email address, not just the part before the @. Forgotten the password? See Change or reset an email password.
Webmail works, but my phone or computer doesn’t.
Your mailbox is fine, so it’s the app’s settings. See Email settings: server names and ports.
My mailbox is full.
