- Submit
Click Submit. Your new domain or subdomain appears in the list.
Common questions
I get an error saying I’ve reached my limit.
Your plan doesn’t allow another website. Upgrade to Multi Site or Ultimate, or add it as a subdomain instead.
Can the new domain have its own email?
Yes. Once it’s added, create mailboxes for it in cPanel under Email Accounts.
My new domain shows the wrong website.
Check whether Share document root was ticked. If it was, it shows your main site. Ask us if you need it changed.
