cPanel is where you run your hosting: email accounts, files, databases and more. The quickest way in is one click from your Tasjeel.ae client area, with no password to remember.
Log in with one click
- Log in to your client area
Go to my.tasjeel.ae and log in with your client-area email and password. These are not your cPanel details. Forgotten them? See Reset your client-area password.
- Go to your hosting plan
In the top menu, click Services › My Services. Find your hosting plan (your domain is shown under its name) and click Manage.
Your services list. Click Manage next to your hosting plan - Click Log in to cPanel
In the menu on the left, under Actions, click Log in to cPanel. cPanel opens in a new tab, already logged in.
Your hosting plan’s page, with Log in to cPanel on the left
The same page has shortcuts straight to Email Accounts, File Manager, Backup, Cron Jobs, MySQL Databases and phpMyAdmin.
Logging in directly
You can also go straight to the login page in your browser and sign in with your cPanel username and password. Use whichever address you find easiest (replace yourdomain.ae with your own domain):
| To open | Type this address |
|---|---|
| cPanel | yourdomain.ae/cpanelcpanel.yourdomain.aeyourdomain.ae:2083 |
| Webmail (to read your email) | yourdomain.ae/webmailwebmail.yourdomain.aeyourdomain.ae:2096 |
The short addresses (/cpanel and /webmail) simply take you to the :2083 and :2096 pages. Webmail asks for your email address and mailbox password, not your cPanel login.
During a move, or if your domain uses another company’s DNS, the addresses above may not reach us. Use your server’s name instead, such as finyaan.tasjeel.ae:2083 for cPanel or finyaan.tasjeel.ae:2096 for webmail. Your server name is in your hosting welcome email.
Find your cPanel username
Your username is in the welcome email we sent when your hosting was set up. It’s also saved in the client area under your name › Email History. Once you’re in cPanel, it’s shown on the right, under General Information › Current User.
Forgotten your cPanel password? See Change or reset your cPanel password.
