Reset your client-area password

2 minute readUpdated 19 Oct 2026

Forgotten the password for my.tasjeel.ae? You can reset it yourself in about a minute, as long as you can get to the email address on your account.

This is your client-area password.

Your client area, cPanel and each email mailbox have separate passwords. Resetting one doesn’t change the others.

Reset it yourself

  1. Open the login page

Go to my.tasjeel.ae and click Forgot? next to Password.

  3. Answer your security question

If you set one, you’ll be asked for the answer.

  4. Open the email

We send a reset link to that address. Click it.

  5. Choose a new password

Use something long that you don’t use anywhere else, then save. You’re logged in.

The reset email didn’t arrive

  • Check your spam or junk folder, and search for “tasjeel”.
  • Wait five minutes, then try once more. Several requests in a row can slow things down.
  • Make sure it’s the email you log in with. Your company may have used a different address when the account was set up.

Still nothing? Open a ticket or chat with us and tell us the email you tried.

Can’t get into that email at all?

For your security, we can’t simply change the email or password on an account. Contact us and we’ll explain what we need to confirm it’s you.

Keep your account safe

Once you’re back in, turn on two-factor authentication: click your name at the top, choose Security Settings, then Click here to Enable. Even someone with your password then can’t get in without your phone. Your security question is on the same page.
