To move a .ae domain to Tasjeel.ae, you need its transfer code from the company that manages it now. Here’s how to get it, and what to do if they won’t send it.
Ask your current registrar
- Find out who manages your domain
It’s the company you pay to renew it. Not sure? Search your email for the domain name and “renewal”, or ask us and we’ll look it up.
- Ask them for the transfer code
Log in to their control panel, or contact their support. The code is sent to the owner’s email address on the domain, so make sure you can get into that mailbox.
- Order the transfer with us
Once you have the code, order the transfer in our client area. See Transfer a domain to Tasjeel.ae: start here.
We can ask the .ae registry to send the transfer code straight to the email address registered on the domain. Chat with us or open a ticket and tell us the domain name. If you no longer use that email address, your current provider needs to update it first.

Is the transfer free?
