Sort out your email first.
When Google Workspace ends, email sent to your addresses has nowhere to go. Set up your new email and point your domain’s MX records to it before you cancel.
Before you cancel
- Save your data. Download your email, Drive files and anything else you want to keep from Google.
- Set up your new email, for example with Tasjeel.ae email hosting, and move your messages across. See Move your email to Tasjeel.ae from another provider.
- Change your MX records to the new provider. See Add or edit DNS records: A, CNAME, MX, TXT.
Cancel the plan
- Open the service
Log in to your client area at my.tasjeel.ae. Click Services › My Services, then Manage next to Google Workspace.
- Request cancellation
Click Request Cancellation, choose when it should end and send the request.
Cancel before it renews.
Google Workspace isn’t refunded unless our billing team approves it. Cancel before the renewal date so you’re not charged for another term.
