Move your domain from AEServer to Tasjeel.ae
- Get the transfer code
In AEServer’s client area, go to Domains, then My Domains, open the domain and choose Get EPP Code. If it isn’t shown, ask AEServer’s support for it.
Can’t get the code from AEServer?For .ae domains, we can ask the .ae registry to send the transfer code straight to the email address registered on the domain. Just chat with us or open a ticket and tell us the domain name. If you no longer use that email address, AEServer needs to update it first.
- Order the transfer with us
In our client area, go to Domains › Transfer in a Domain and enter the domain and code. .ae transfers to us are free.
- Wait for it to complete
.ae transfers complete within 48 hours of our “Domain Transfer Initiated” email. .com and similar take 5 to 7 days.
Keeping the domain at AEServer? Use it with our hosting or email
In AEServer’s client area, open the domain and change its nameservers to the ones in your Tasjeel.ae hosting welcome email. Copy any records you still need first.
