My account has been suspended

1 minute readUpdated 19 Oct 2026

A suspended service has stopped working, usually because a renewal invoice hasn’t been paid. Here’s how to get it running again.

The usual reason: an unpaid invoice

  1. Pay the overdue invoice

Log in at my.tasjeel.ae and go to Billing › My Invoices. Pay anything marked Unpaid or Overdue. See Pay an invoice.

  2. Wait a few minutes

Once the invoice is paid, the service starts again by itself, usually within minutes.

  3. Still suspended?

Open a ticket with the domain name and we’ll check it straight away.

Other reasons

  • We need to check your details. We may ask for ID before an order goes live, or if something looks unusual on the account. Reply to our email with what we ask for.
  • A breach of our terms, such as sending spam or hosting harmful files. We explain what happened by email. Reply to it to sort it out.
Don’t wait too long.

The longer a service stays unpaid, the higher the risk of losing your website files, emails or domain. See My domain has expired and Restore your website after your hosting expired.
