How to pay
- Open the invoice
Log in to the client area, go to Billing › My Invoices and open the invoice. Under Payment Method, choose Bank Transfer & Cash Deposit. Our bank details and your reference number appear on the right.
Bank Transfer & Cash Deposit shows our bank details and the reference number - Send the exact amount
Transfer the invoice total, or pay it in as a cash deposit. You can send any currency. When you send it, choose to pay all the bank fees yourself (often called “OUR”): we can only count the amount that actually reaches our account. Put the invoice number (shown as the Reference Number) in the payment reference.
- Send us the proof
Open a ticket, or email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the invoice number and a picture or PDF of the transfer receipt.
- We match it
Once the money reaches our account, we mark the invoice as paid and your service is activated or renewed.
Bank transfers take longer to reach us than card payments. If it’s urgent, pay by card, or tell us in your ticket that the transfer is on its way.
Common questions
Why do you need the receipt?
Our bank statement often doesn’t show who sent a payment or the reference. Your receipt lets us find it and match it to your invoice.
Can I pay several invoices in one transfer?
Yes. List all the invoice numbers in your ticket, and make sure the total matches.
I paid less than the invoice.
For example after bank fees or exchange rates. We’ll tell you the balance still due. Send it by another transfer, or pay it by card or PayPal on the same invoice.
I paid more than the invoice.
The extra is added as credit on your account and used towards your next new order or renewal.
