Spot a fake email pretending to be Tasjeel.ae

1 minute readUpdated 19 Oct 2026

Fake renewal emails using our name and logo try to rush you into paying on a fake page. Here’s how to tell them apart from ours in a few seconds.

Four quick checks

  • Which address did it go to? We send renewals only to the email address on your Tasjeel.ae account. Fakes often arrive at info@, contact@ or hello@ on your own domain.
  • Is the date real? Fakes say your domain expires today or tomorrow. Check the real date in your client area under My Domains.
  • Is the price right? Fakes often quote odd prices, such as a few dollars. Check your real invoice in the client area.
  • Where does the link go? Before you click, look at the address. Our client area is only ever my.tasjeel.ae. A fake might start tasjeel.ae-renew.example.com. Read it from the end: the real site is example.com, not us.
The safe habit

Never pay from a link in an email you weren’t expecting. Type my.tasjeel.ae yourself, log in and check your invoices. If there’s nothing to pay there, it was fake.

Got one?

Don’t click anything. Forward it to [email protected] so we can warn other customers.

Already entered your card details?

Call your bank straight away and ask them to block the card. Then tell us by ticket or at [email protected].

Emails that genuinely come from @tasjeel.ae are protected, so nobody else can send from our address. Fakes use other addresses with our name typed in front.
